OneSource Staffing Settles EEOC Discrimination Charges

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and OneSource Staffing, LLC reached a voluntary conciliation agreement to resolve two disability discrimination charges. An EEOC investigation revealed that OneSource Staffing required workers to execute a mandatory arbitration agree­ment to address employment disputes. The EEOC determined that the company tried to use the arbitration agreement to interfere with workers exercising their rights under the ADA.
