EEOC Issues New Guide to Assist Federal Agencies to Provide Personal Assistance Services (PAS)

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) released guidance to assist federal agencies in providing personal assistance services (PAS) to federal employees who need such services in the workplace. Revised regulations under Section 501 the Rehabilitation Act require the provision of PAS to individuals with certain disabilities.
