This 90 minute session outlined the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) coverage of state and local governments (Title II) and various types of private businesses (Title III), how these titles address access to goods and services offered to the public in existing buildings, and how the ADA Standards are applied to alterations and barrier removal activities.
