Publications

The Mid-Atlantic ADA Center provides information on all aspects of the ADA to individuals, businesses, government entities and organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region. The Center has an extensive library of ADA and disability-related publications. These include full regulations, technical assistance manuals, architectural guidelines, fact sheets on different aspects of the law, guidelines on implementing employment provisions, and other federally-approved publications. Most materials are available in large print, Braille, audio CD or computer disk.

Many of the publications on this list are available online. You may also visit the ADA Document Portal to search the collection of over 7400 documents related to the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The Center's ADA In Focus newsletter is published three times each year. Please note that older issues of the newsletter may contain inactive links or outdated information.

Our publication list includes links to online publications. Most are posted online on the sites of their authors, and may be available in one or more electronic formats (HTML, PDF, Word, etc.). If you are unable to access these documents, or require accessible formats please complete and submit the publications request form with the name and number of the publication.
