AccessibleTechopens a new window

This initiative promotes the development and use of electronic and information technologies that are accessible to the widest possible range of users. Resources are available on how to design or choose software programs, web pages, telecommunications products, multi-media presentations, on-line courses, and other products and systems that are accessible to people with disabilities.

ADA Anniversary Toolkitopens a new window

This project provides materials related to the anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

ADA Case Law Databaseopens a new window

A comprehensive search tool that provides information pertaining to significant rulings under the employment (Title I), state and local government (Title II) and places of public accommodations (Title III) provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Customized News Feedsopens a new window

Stories are received several times a day from major news sources and are available by state. They are also organized by both law and topic, which include the ADA, Section 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Workforce Investment Act (WIA), universal design, service animals, and assistive technology.

This site features publications and videos developed by the ADA Centers on the ADA and other disability related topics. Materials include news articles, fact sheets, legal reviews, resource sheets, research findings, and handbooks.

This site provides information, assistance, and resources on the ADA and the ADA National Network to help you with accurate and timely reporting on ADA issues.

This is an 8-minute video featuring the importance of ADA compliance, especially related to employing qualified people with disabilities, that can be used in various training programs.
