On the Start
menu:

Display the Start
menu by pressing CTRL+ESC (or the Windows logo key ).
- Select Control Panel by pressing
C.

In Control Panel:
- Be sure you are in Classic View (all Control
Panel icons are showing. If not, under Control Panel in the left pane, select Switch to Classic View).
- Select Regional and Language Options.

pressing TAB, and then press ENTER).
- Press Tab and the arrow
keys to select Regional and
Language Options.

Language Options dialog box, on the Languages tab:
- Select the Details button under Text services and input languages.

- Move to the Languages tab by pressing
CTRL+Tab.
- Select the Details button under Text services and input languages
