- Point to All Programs.
- Point to Accessories.
- Point to Accessibility.
- Select Accessibility Wizard.

Display the Start
menu by pressing CTRL+ESC (or the Windows
logo key ).
- Press R.
- Type accwiz
- Press ENTER.
