Tuesday Talks with the PA BLN

Date:
July 10, 2012 - 12:00pm - 1:00pm

Free: Tuesday Talks with the PA BLN allow companies from across the state and country to quickly learn about a valuable resource or success story related to the employment of people with disabilities. These free monthly phone calls are scheduled on the second Tuesday of every month from 12-1 p.m. EST.

EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS (ERGS): THE JOURNEY TO CREATION AND FULFILLING A USEFUL ROLE TO BUSINESS- Both Highmark, Inc. and SODEXO are two businesses that have determined that there is value in having an ERG that is focused on Disability.  What sold their management on the purpose for their ERG?  How does their ERG provide value to their company and their employees? What is the structure of these ERGs? How did their companies promote these ERGs and draw in participants?  Join us for the answers to these and other questions that businesses often have about ERGs.
