Beyond Compliance to Employer of Choice

Overview:

START YOUR PREP WORK with this session to engage with and learn from
speakers, Kevin Holden, Partner, Jackson Lewis and Claudia Gordon
(invited) Special Assistant to the Director of the U.S. Department of
Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. A panel of
federal contractors will share their current and planned strategies for
compliance and inclusion.

Attendees will learn about employer best practices for inclusion of
individuals with disabilities and understand how being inclusive adds a
rich talent pool and also leads to steps to address possible  changes
regarding OFCCP NPRM for Section 503 of the Rehab Act of 1973.

Attendees will gain insight into lessons learned and hear from OFCCP
about suggestions on meeting a proposed 7% inclusion, collecting data
and the issues of disclosure.
